Best hotel types?

I’m interested in a hotel meet where I could post my room and have a few guys turn up throughout the evening. Anyone have any experience of the best kinds of hotels to do this, easy to get in etc?

The bigger the hotel the better as you won't have access doors like premier inn and travelodge
