Have visited Tropics a fair few times but never Saunabar. Any comparisons? How busy does Saunabar get?

Tropics gets busier especially at weekend. Saunabar has large lounge area, but facilities are small. I prefer to head to London and visit Locker Room, only 1 stop on Northern line from Waterloo.
