Kiosk 5 is gay and clothing optional, there is another one next to it as well.

Play does happen down there but much much less than before they started monitoring the dunes area more actively, there are hefty fines if you break the conservation area rules

Yes, play in the dunes is now very much frowned upon.

Having literally just got home from there, I have to be honest and say thats its a good thing. Its amazing to see the plant life spreading and coming back.

If you want daytime play there seems to be some saunas opening. We stayed in the rey Carlos and there was a male only sauna just up the road underneath another hotel.
