Thinking of going to the greenhouse Newport next week but not sure of a few things:

1. Which day would be better to go Monday or Tuesday?

2. As a big chubby guy am I likely to get any interest?

3. This will be my first ever sauna visit what are the basics/ettiquette and how do I know who is a top?

From personal experience Wed and Sun are best days. Other days have themes I have no interest in.

Really good facilities if wanting genuine relaxation. Sauna and jacuzzi are my faves.

For fun expect to spend a few hours there as it seems buses pull up at 1pm 3pm and 6pm. Often way too many bottoms in so just prepare yourself for no fun.

I have a lot of fun in the GH booths.

Get along when you can. You may get some action if you go. You definitely won't if you dont go. That's my philosophy. Its a rabbit Warren of a place so make sure you go everywhere. Sauna and jacuzzi on ground floor . Glory hole room on 1st . Check top floor too...open rooms tend to be group fun there.
