Get yourself a couple of but plugs and start with them then find a really decent top guy who will take it slowly and lot of lube

Make sure the guy knows it’s your first time. Preferably find an experienced top who is attentive and not selfish. As mentioned use a plug before hand. On the meet plenty lube and a lot of foreplay to get you relaxed and aroused.

If he’s a decent guy with a bit of technique there’s no reason it should be painful. Just go with the flow and enjoy.
