Plenty of quarantine measures in place. If anything like this or similar (tummy bug etc) those people are confined to their cabin.

Not the same i know, but you can catch a cold from being next to someone on a bus etc.

Your quote about catching a cold on a bus(sardine can) is 100% correct..you don't need to be next to someone either..sit on the back of a bus and someone on a front seat sneezes...chances are you'll catch it.. that's why I haven't been on one in 25+years....

I dont intend to live in any bubble either ..just cycle everywhere and avoid enclosed sardine cans where at all possible..
