Can anyone suggest somewhere in Europe to holiday solo, apart from Gran Canaria to meet all day and night for fun and playtimes??

pdi is one of the better known ones, along with Sitges and Mykonos too, and for city break maybe look into Berlin.

Try googling the 'Nomadic boys' site they have lots of guides & info/advice.
