Not that I know of.

Closest I've heard of is at Punta Prima. Go down the road past the water tower restaurant and at the bottom is a small (dirt) car park. Been told there is some fun to be had in the bushes behind, but never seen it myself.

When I get out and about I usually go to either Pacific Blue cinema (CC Toretta Florida) or into the woods from El Moncayo car park (just before Guardamar)

Other than that the dunes behind La Marina naturist beach are usually good but it's a bit of a drive.
