Had a strange fail today in a public toilet. I called in genuinely for a piss and there were two guys at the urinal (60s ISH) so I used the cubicle. I came out and washed and dried my hands and neither had moved. I took some time putting on gloves and when I left still no movement so I thought fair play give them space

Off I went and did my stuff.

15 mins later I passed the same toilet and thought I'd give it a try. One of the same guys was still there at the same urinal and obviously hadn't moved so I stood next to him and got my cock out.

I glanced over and checked his out and he was hard so I started to wank mine slowly and get as close as I could (virtually touching shoulders).

He didnt react at all and even tough I was now hard no reaction at all. I made some remark about it being quiet and still no reaction.

Two or 3 minutes and I gave it up as a bad job, said cheerio and left.

Anyone else think this was a little weird or was I missing something obvious.

No problems just wondered ?? Any thoughts ?

I wouldn't let it bother you, more unusual than weird. Over the years both cottaging and cruising I've seen similar guys who are hanging about but doing nothing. I put it down to them looking for a very specific type of guy, rather like some of the profiles on here that have long lists of must have attributes or will not meet lists so they leave you wondering how they ever get a meet. Alternatively they may be voyeuristic and simply get off at the end of the day by having watched different guys coming on to them.
