Think the partner you have is a big factor. If they are patient and understanding they can make it as painless as possible. From what i remember there was plenty foreplay and lube used and was only when the top thought i was ready to take him did we try. Taking it slowly is key, lots of lube and being relaxed, a good top will enter you slowly and then stop to allow you to adjust to the cock.
