Different people are attracted to different “types”. As for loosing weight you should do this for yourself not for others. If it helps your own self confidence and health then all well and good, but do it for yourself. Just think about those who suffer with anorexia or Bulimia because of low self esteem or to try to get others to like them more - and all the medical and mental health problems those conditions cause. | |||

By all means diet if you want to but also work on your self esteem too (check out cbt … no Cognitive Behaviour Therapy or Stoicism for a start).
