No help from admin

My photos have been withheld from the New Phots tab for a while, I asked admin about it and suggested I deserve a refund because it’s gone on so long, instead of fixing the issue or telling me why I don’t get on New Photos they suggest I leave. Here’s the reply

Hi,

Sorry to hear you're not happy with things on Fab

Our best recommendation is for you to let your Site Supporter pass expire and not renew.

We can only issue a REFUND upon closing your account and preventing further use of the site. You would be PERMANENTLY BLOCKED from re-joining or using the site again. If you do manage to re-join your account would be closed.

If you definitely want a refund and don't ever want to use the site again now or in future, please use the contact link to confirm this and we will close your account and issue refund instructions.

The refund amount will be based on the number of unused days left on your Site Supporter pass.

So sweet they out a ‘x’ at the end after deciding to not help. I’ve been on here 12 years and would have hoped for a little better than that. Very poor.

Because your photos don't ever show on the "new photos" tab, regardless of what you post up... the same thing happens to me. Started about a year ago. Not sure why it happens but it's something that some members experience and while it doesn't especially bother me, I can see why having limited visibility is a negative for some.

Thank you!! I’m of the mind set that I’m more likely to get laid if more people see me, so yes I would enjoy the visibility.

They’re never in New Photos. Seen it on other users phones too, when I add a picture it doesn’t get published except to my gallery.

In all the years I've been on FG, today is the 1st time I've hit the new photos tab thanks to reading this thread. I don't know if my own photos have ever appeared there, but not bothered if not as its likely the people who saw them were nowhere near me. I'll never use that tab again as theres no appeal in seeing random pics of guys nowhere near me, totally pointless. If you want sex with people near you, doesn't it make more sense to use search and message them, rather then be reliant on the slimmest of chances they will see your pic on that tab? You're letting this ruin your experience here?
