I don't see why he's moving from Windsor to Sandringham? He's paid rent in advance on Windsor and is still going to be living on Crown property - they're just hiding their dirty secret. I bet he gets money back on the Windsor property (presumably from the taxpayer!)

If it's about him moving to a smaller property, personally I'd sooner see him in a larger one - perhaps a 250 bedroom one in Wakefield or Belmarsh.
