Can anyone recommend a good brand of psyllium husk powder, I wanna try it but there are so many to choose from so some help would be appropriated.

Hi, I use one called just natural, been using it for years, it’s very good 😊

It’s soluble fibre, you eat or drink it, good for blood pressure, your bowels, and especially good for poop 😂
