The first time a fist goes in fully is an experience you never forget, even if it's your own fist (that's how I first learned, oh to be as supple again!).

It's not done over one or two attempts, I probably stretched a couple of times a week (when I had the house free) usually deodorant cans etc then small apples, increasing in diameter and how many I would put in.
