I use the long silver thing that attaches to the shower hose…

If it’s a quick fuck I just push the shower hose by its self, let the water run clear several times to double check..am clean, leave it at that

I find it easier without the screw on attachments (like pepper pot tops is the best way to describe them, I just use the 6 inch shower attachment

Ive literally just finished having a good clean out back there. I use a silicone hose, its about 20in long, so it can get a good way in, past the second bump to make sure im really clean and ready for an all day session, especially if im playing with my bigger toys inbetween too! I'm perfectly clean a good 2-2.5ft up the pleasure pipe now and will be enjoying the fruits of my labour for hours now.
