I am really wanting to start taking cock but finding the whole douche thing a minefield

Water too hot , too cold, too much pressure , too much water can all damage etc

What is the easiest and most ideal way to douche so I know its right

I agree, use warm clean water, do not be temped to add anything to the water, if you need to lube to help the nozzle go in use a water based lube. A few times a couple of hours apart.

Remember the volume of water that goes in needs to cum out

I find the best soap to use to wash my anus is baby bath soap it doe not irritate

Get a shower shot....they work well.

Only way to know you,re clean inside is...know when you,re clean,your body will tell you....

I generally budget on it taking an hour at least

Or have two or three goes over a longer period of time...

If its a planned meet say for that evening ill bulb in the morning 2 or three times ill diet during the day very light lunch, go home bulb or shower attachment or both.

Trick is to make sure all the water has been expelled. Bring your bulb to the meet just in case no ones going to object you wanting to make sure your ok down there

Your diet also makes a big difference to how easily you'll be able to douche cleanly. I take a fibre supplement that helps me.

You'll find one on Amazon called 'stay ready' (good name, lol) which is designed to help bottoms with easier douching.
