It takes time to get stretched, its a gradual process, don't expect to take a hand on the first attempt especially a large hand if you have not been stretching with large toys

If your talking about depth? It's the circumference that's needed, to slowly stretch the first muscle which eventually will allow a full hand to slide in.

Butt plugs are good for this.

Use plenty of lube, and get very relaxed. Any feeling of tenseness and nothing will go in.

You have to start small and work up to it. Toys getting bigger and bigger etc.

Some guys like their hole punch fucking (in and out). Others like the fist inside and moved around. Obviously you can do both. Find out what works for you.

Decent lube, room odourisers (you know what I mean), help too
