Males have testosterone as their primary hormone, Females have estrogen as their primary hormone.

So if your goal is to feminise youself then you have to suppress your testosterone using an anti-androgen. Then take estrogen which will allow your body to take on secondary female characteristics such as breasts, fat redistribution and less body hair. You will probably lose your ability to have an erection.

You must however monitor you health as you are altering your body, and careful monitoring is required of the dosages you are taking.

Best place to go is your NSH GP, or there are private Gender doctors that can be used, although they cost.
