Not by the hour but some hotels do "day rooms" that you can book for the best part of the day (I booked one 10-5). The cost is not bad at £50 for the day but some people dont like going to hotels!

Yes done day room in past but prices have shot up, some are charging upto £80

I dont "rent" it out (ie in exchange for cash or favours), but I do allow a friend of mine to use my lounge for the occasional meet.

I dont get involved, I often go out and leave him to it. He messages me when they are done.
