As above. Maybe start playing with a low cost Tens machine (from Boots or similar) and take it from there. We all enjoy different things so you won’t know which way you want to go until you have done some experimenting. I have bought one from yokonex which can be controlled remotely but costs a bit more than the basic Tens.

Must remember to reset strength when changing modes, hence the yikes lol.
