It can work OK, but...

I find it gives me a thumping headache, if I take it on an empty stomach - like a tight band around my head. Eat a snack or light meal first.

It isn't an *absolute* guarantee of a hard-on. Viagra is not aphrodisiac and won't, by itself, put you in the mood. If you aren't in the mood, or maybe suffering from nerves, then it may not work as expected or even at all - although it may give you the confidence to overcome those nerves. Bearing that in mind: I generally regard Viagra as "insurance", rather than as a "means to an end".

Our local Boots won't sell it to me over the counter, unless I fill in some forms or something. The independent pharmacist down the road will though, with no questions asked.

It was originally developed as a heart medicine, so you should ideally consult your doctor, if you suffer from any cardiac-related conditions. If you consult your doctor, you may be able to get it on prescription.

Hope that helps

Found the same issue with the headache and a bit of flushed face

Gives me a nice firm hard on that lasts again and again for the meet

Local chemists need the form but nonprofit id required anywhere once you have it

Form lasts a year

Genoa Italy and Liverpool

I used to use Viagra but changed to Cialis. I find I get a better hard on with Cialis and less side effects.

Both are easily available over the counter in Boots.

Have used it occasionally, don't need it necessarily (see pics!), but find it gives me a super powerful erection and most importantly can get rock solid again quickly until it wears off (find my morning wood is particularly solid next day too). Don't stay hard after you cum in the sense you're thinking of, but deffo stay harder for longer afterwards (i.e personally rather than quicky dying down after a minute, stay very hard for 5 mins or so) which is great for play with a cum covered cock!

If you suffer from headaches with Viagra, I drinking plenty of water helps. Always have a bottle handy for afterwards
