I have a free house as my girlfriend is our way, but also I’m looking to see if there are any dogging or cruising sites near the Cotswolds and is Birdlip still closed

There is the a417 layby south of birdlip and the layby on the a38 south of Gloucester. Not much else unless you head down toward Bath
