For me i was very nervous and ringing the door bell waiting for it to open was difficult. But once inside it was fine. Guy behind the desk asked me if I knew my way around and I didn't. He showed me the changing area and showed me around. Was still a little nervous but I settled watching the porn. Wasn't long before a guy was next to me and touching each other. Jeez it’s been while since, but yeah I recall being super nervous. I guess it’s the “unknown”

But once you’ve taken that first step - it’s all plain sailing haha.

I’d recommend anyone who is nervous to lower expectations on themselves and the day. Take the mindset - you will enjoy the wonderful sights and the facilities. Relax in the jacuzzi and get the blood pumping in the steam room. And just have a wonder around the place … whatever Physical fun comes is a bonus.

I went to my first three years ago at No52 in Newcastle. The d been down to Durham and took the train back to NCL where I was staying. I got the notion in my head that it was a thing I could do. I hunted down the address and really let my legs and arms do the thinking and movement and kept my brain out of it as otherwise I’d have bottled it.
