When your next in shower or lay on sofa hand down ur undies, check your balls

And if you feel anythin or have any concers please dont panic and go get it checked out, it could save your life.

Testicular cancer is real and this is important.

And if I may add something get your prostate tested, I went to doc for a totally different issue and found it had early stage Prostate Cancer.

I can't reiterate that enough just had my prostate removed cancer present if I hadn't I may not have been here to tell the tale it was scary but moved very quick anyone any concerns I'm here to chat

I will add moles/birth marks.

Had one removed and tested,(two operations) came back as a melinoma, which is a form of skin cancer.

So get checking guys

Great post, worth it, I went for one thing that was nothing but found enlarged prostate instead and now found got multiple AKs, pre cancerous thingies on forehead from decades working outdoors. On meds for prostate and am having to use some bleddy cream on my head to sort the AKs. Both are bleddy sods but needs must I guess
