I wear mine for too long because I just love the feeling but 15 minutes at a time I think is best.

Keep your nipples well moisturised afterwards.

I bought myself a pair of the large diameter screw type suction cups a couple of years ago and used them for about 15, maybe 20 minutes twice a day and within a month had developed lovely big areola.
