How many of you oral only givers and takers get regularly tested and come out positive for something. I'm paranoid about giving the wife something I've picked up before a test can assure me of being clear

I'm mostly oral and test very regularly, just sent my latest test off yesterday. Not to this day have I picked anything up, fingers crossed 🤞 touch wood 😬
