I have been on a few cruises, and often wonder at the likelihood of meets on board. What experiences are possible? The how and where seem central issues.
Think the most likely is with staff. Although I know it's an instant sacking for them if caught. Or, perhaps with men in open relationships where agreements are clear. Meeting in a cabin when wife is elsewhere. It the first move, not knowing who would be interested during the beginning of the cruise.
