I have not long lost my wife for many years, she did not know I was bi in my past 7 years.

She took cancer and was fighting it for a few yrs and then died.

I feel guilty even thinking about having sex now with a guy never mind even chatting up another female.

I reduced the amount of meets I had over the past two yrs due to being tired through helping her with her being ill.

Am I being selfish wanting to resume sex at some point ?

Should I save myself for going up to heaven or should I start having sexual fun at some point but when?

There is no right or wrong answer but having sex and pleasuring a partner is a wonderful experience and in no way being disrespectful. A good sex partner will quite understand if you get cold feet or emotional and giving you pleasure will give him even more pleasure than usual xxx

There's no Hard and Firm ruling on Time for Sex after a Bereavement.

You will know when that time comes when you get the Desire

Well firstly, I'm sorry for your loss, it definitely can't be an easy time for you.

You might just need to give yourself a little more time, but life is short and it's soon over, we must make the most of it to not have regrets for things we didn't do.

You shouldn't feel guilty for wanting a bit of fun and happiness in your life and I'm sure your late wife wouldn't want you to not have fun, after all the vows are till death us do part.
