For me it’s about control. I will explain. Foreskin in place a get a predictable stream. If I pull the skin back it has a mind of its own. Stream can spray anywhere. Left,righ ,up or over my jeans you name it. Once I’m finished though I pull back for a few shakes before it’s back in my pants
