Make sure you order a cage with different sized base rings. It is very rare you get it right first time. Usually you will establish which ring is best (snug, but not too tight) Then you will build up your ability to wear for longer periods. If you go straight in with not taking it off for 1 month, you are destined to fail. Build up slowly.
