Is there anyway that these time wasters can be named here if you know they are complete time wasters

Like for eg sample user name and county they are from....I know you have to be sure as not every guy can meet at the drop of a hat but if they never verified or any pics up or if U arranged a meet a few times and they never showed or blocked you
