Lube it and your arse a bit and pop it in. Wouldn't leave I'd in too long to begin with and wouldn't go outside with it in until I knew I could control it and keep it in. But the feeling is great once you get used to it, being able to clench and release and enjoy the sensation.

Just make sure the base is thicker than the broadest part of the plug. You don't want the whole (no pin intended) plug disappearing up there...

Exactly had one or two accidents previously but was able to expel them thankfully.

Bigger bases definitely if your to wear them out and about.
