I'm very anti circumcision unless it's medically necessary. My parents considered it with me when I was about 4 and thankfully they didn't follow through.

But, I've been with a few lads where they quite clearly need to get cut. And lots of guys find tight foreskins a turnoff so there's that too unfortunately.

I know a few that have had it done as adults and they've had mixed results. However the ones that had very tight foreskins definitely have major improvement.

If you're getting it just for aesthetics, my opinion is to reconsider.

I was due to be circumcised in my 20s. Tight foreskin. Surgeon recommended a frenuloplasty instead. Basically, they cut the banjo string. It solved the problem and I retained my foreskin.

Mine is tight and manage, often sore when topping but found ways to make it enjoyable. Not sure I'd want an op but some comments indicate that I works well. Best of luck next week
