I tried to set up something similar and my advice is....don't put yourself to the trouble!

You will be doing fine until you get about 5 or 6 and suddenly you become the "keeper" who is responsible for the people you have got on the list and then you will be asked all sorts of questions about the guys you have included...which of course becomes impossible and very annoying. I will never do it again. Take care.
