Kilkee is supposedly good but it's a bit far.

There was a place in liscannor area I think but it's inaccessible now due to a farmer owning the land or something

Near Kilkee

Kilkee was always a great place Byrne's Cove passed the Golf Club It was Men only for more than 60 years but some women have started to turn up there to swim if they want to be there they should strip the same as the men I have come across a few guys shagging over the years

Public nudity is no longer illegal in Ireland, strictly speaking you can get nude on any beach (or anywhere else for that matter). I’ll be nude in my garden this afternoon.
