Was telling me about the rathmore pub in clougher

Said years ago he had a few good nights in it

Absolutely true- I was a regular attendee here years ago.

On first night I went there alone to suss out the place. There was a group of guys maybe 6 or 8 drinking together.

I went to bar (somewhat nervously) - I ordered a pint...while pulling the pint barman/ owner said to me quietly...'no need to be alone here....the others are friendly' I joined them...

later we were all shown the way upstairs to owner's private quarters...Great night followed !!
