Same. I have met a few guys and gently suggested to them about looking to a frenulectomy, which is a really minor procedure (like a partial circumcision) to fix tight foreskin, painful erections, risk of bleeding etc. I think a lot of guys have hangups about their dick. I know I did until I started meeting guys 😅.

Some get defensive, some are happy to stay the way the are, others get it done and love the result. That's their choice.
