Not really the USA women's team lost to FC Dallas under 15 boys team not so long ago . And I'm pretty sure they were world champs at the time . So I think your doing div 3 a disservice

And very recently the Switzerland woman’s team lost 7-1 against FC Luzern’s Under-15 boys, as part of their preparation for their 2025 European Championship campaign.
