I've recently discovered I'm suffering from retrograde ejaculation, if you have any advice, I would really appreciate it, even if it means my chances of meeting others cause of the stigma of being open about it,I'd rather be respected than live a lie and make others feel uncomfortable. Retrograde ejaculation is a condition where semen enters the bladder instead of being expelled through the urethra during orgasm. This results in a decreased or absent ejaculate volume and can lead to male infertility. It's also sometimes called a "dry orgasm"

But don't be ashamed of a medical condition.

If others have a problem with it,thats they're prob not yours. Did you go to a Doc about it? just in case theres something else causing it, like medication or diabetes etc.

This happens with some alpha blocker meds used for treating prostate issues. If your on any of these the GP might be able to change your meds up. Viagra also helps by relaxing the bladder. Nothing to be embarrassed about and I believe the sensation is the same. Definetly chat with your Doctor
