1: Write "FabGuys.com" and your username on a piece of paper.

2: Photograph yourself holding the paper with hands showing. Photo should show your face or full length nude.

You can use your phone to get that pic yourself. Set on a timer let say 10 seconds and put it ln a tripod or something that can hold it in front of you.

Yeah I'm a silver supporter. You just upload the same way as you do with photos. Under manage your photos you have a choice of selecting photo or video. The video needs to be less than a minute in length or it won't upload.
