I think the biggest problem is lack of accommodation!!

People’s tastes vary at different times and how Randy they are but the one thing that doesn’t change is lack of accommodation!!

Smokers do clean their teeth and chew mints amongst other things. As regards the biggest issue, accommodation, there's the big outdoors, most certainly adds to the thrill.
