You can try the guide clinic in St James. They release new appointments every Wednesday at 5pm. You just have to go to their website and click through till you find "book a prep appointment". You might need to treat it a bit like Ticketmaster and be ready to click at 5pm sharp. I managed to get one 3 weeks ago and I had about 5 or 6 times to choose from.
