I am going to Dublin next week and looking to drop into the boiler house or Basic Instinct.
Which one is the better and why and is there any other options?
Those are really the only realistic options as far I know.
I'd say boiler house is better overall but basic instincts does have some advantages.
Boiler house is better for long stays, has showers and more facilities like steam room, dry sauna, douching stations, cafe area. Its better for cruising, long sessions or group fun in the steam room.
Basic instincts is good for quick visits and has more active glory holes if you're more into anonymous cum and go. Lack of proper cleaning facilities can be annoying as it only has a sink and urinal.
