If u don't buy a douche bulb you can use any plastic bottle with a 3/4 inch or so neck that won't kill you to insert. It should hold about 300ml of tapwater ( not recommended by medical).

Once inserted just squeeze the water up. You may need to do it several times. Once done still on toilet and evacuate it. Repeat until satisfied.

I already know to cleaning out asshole by doucheing.

And not having large meals before anal sex.

Normally I use shower hosing with water running through, obviously without showerhead attached.

But some hotels have non removable shower heads.

Can I buy items to assist ??

And if yes, can males name items.

Please.

Perfect amount of water in the bulb. Use a few times and all is good, especially if you watching diet as you say...
