The building is near where Ulster University is building all new buildings for students. So the sauna buildings could be getting taking over by them. If that was the case.. then buildings will get tumbled. So maybe that is the main reason of lack of repairs. But Sauna management deny this. Anyway for £12.00 the areas inside are reasonably tidy and clean. And a lot of sexual enjoyments there to be had. When 10 males jacuzzi is working with hot water and hot dry sauna in next area.. then well worth the money. And one can get a pass out valid for 4 hours. In Dublin's Boilerhouse sauna .. costs 26 Euros and just okay with no pass out. Cork city sex place..an absolute dump but 20 Euros entry fee. And no washing areas. Galway has new place ... maybe called Glam world and 20 Euros. In London..saunas costs £20.00 and more in some places, yet most just like Outside Sauna. So to me Outside Sauna represents good value. And if gets closed down.. where do males then go to enjoying same sexings ?? Bill. x. | |||

Please don't feel you can't go to the sauna. There's mixed reviews, but you're always more likely to hear the worst case scenarios rather than the good on a site like this. from my experience, while the sauna is quite run down, I've had good experiences there, and would say it's worth going to. | |||

" Exactly..not the RITZ.. but most men are good quality. Have been going to this sauna for many many years and always had SEX...and enjoyments. All depends on time of day as some men actually really do work. When BUSY.. EXCELLENT. When QUIET.. can still be ALRIGHT. Just wishing I did not have to do 165 miles trip on TRANSLINK BUS when going to and back to Sauna ..XX | |||
