Hi,

Sounding can be fun. Some tips.

Use a suitable sound - I used a metal rod that was rounded and comfortable to use.

Start smaller and work up.

Get sterile lubricant and use lots of it

Take your time and don’t force it.

Prepare for a tough pee afterwards the first time you do it. It stings a lot but I thought it was worth it

Google 'urethral sounding' and you'll likely find some interesting advice. I've had all sorts down there in the past but now metal rods that have been cleaned before and after are favoured. Plus lots of lube. And don't force anything down.

Hi, thanks for advice. I have two metal rods, still ion the packet, and the lube. I’ll do the Google bit and take other advice and one day I’ll explore….
