Yes had it done. It's not the easiest decision to make, but I'm alive, no more cum, erection is not as good as was.

Had it done 3 years ago. Had to use a pump until I had a medical implant. Now, full erection without time limit, but dry orgasm. Can't have everything, but still around to enjoy life.

Genuine question on this subject… is having to go to the loo constantly a sign of prostrate trouble coming down the line

"Genuine question on this subject… is having to go to the loo constantly a sign of prostrate trouble coming down the line "

Can be signs of prostate issues (not prostrate), particularly with altered flow or difficulty starting/finishing, or obviously any signs of bleeding, stop starting or new changes etc need to be checked.

But going more frequently can also touch base with conditions like Diabetes, so see your GP sooner rather than later if this remains a problem, regardless.

Great to see people chatting about this I had my surgery 7 years ago very happy with my decision as i know if it returns i have options.

Men are becoming more open about it as we see articles on newspapers and TV this site was where I got all my support when I was on my journey

I had no symptoms just showed in a blood test Get your bloods checked annualy and ask for PSA to be included
