Has to be Derry, usually around 10,000 people attend the parade.

Might struggle to find hotels now as usually fully booked up a year in advance but worth a look.

Agree has to be Derry. Biggest Halloween festival in Europe usually spread over 4 days with events for all ages culminating in the famous fireworks display over the river Foyle. But as this poster as already mentioned getting accommodation might be tricky. By the way if you don't go in fancy dress on the last night you will stand out like a sore thumb😄
