Used to be really really great.

But sadly owner .. and most staff just laze about.

Place gone into decline big time.

£1.00 for a small sachet of lubrication.. a rip off and an immoral injustice.

Use to be free.

Condoms free.

Sex areas upstairs have televisions .. some not working.. and showing old males sex videos.

And locks on sex rooms doors.. broken.

The main attraction..the 12 males hot jacuzzi pool.. broken down for months.

(Awaiting parts..for many weeks)

A steam room with no hot steam.

Has a small dry hot sauna room..which is hot.

Now not many goes as owner increased entry cost from £12.00. to £15.00.

And I use to defend this place and attended about 2 times every week.

And I had an overall journey of 160 miles each time.

Hoping a NEW MALES ONLY SAUNA opens elsewhere in BELFAST..

NONE at all in DERRY / LONDONDERRY.

I started going a year ago to Tv/ Ts day at beginning of each month . Had a fabulous time there . Great mixed crowd and fantastic sex but it’s clearly bring key run down . Such a pity !! Has great layout - fabulosity dark area and dark room . Great open areas and when it was really good it was packed and heaving with all kinds of delights . Such a pity ! I hate the Boilerhouse and Belfast was brilliant by comparison . Never went to ‘ Naked in the dark ‘ or ‘ Bear night ‘ .
